A 59-year-old San Diego resident tragically lost his life on Wednesday, July 16th when he was hit by a Honda sedan while trying to cross El Cajon Boulevard in the Talmadge area of San Diego, according to a news report from ABC News 10.
The man was crossing El Cajon Boulevard at its intersection Altadena Avenue around 8:30 p.m. when he was hit by a Honda sedan being driving by a 29-year old man. Tragically, the pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. According to the police, drugs and alcohol are not believed to have been involved in this accident. The police are still investigating the cause of this heartbreaking accident.
